Shocking service yet again when ordering via Uber app. The last few deliveries have taken over an hour and the portion sizes have been getting smaller. Tonight after waiting 40 mins was called to see if it’s been delivered some story about driver broken down thought he order hadn’t left the unit. I could wait another 30 mins for delivery. Do yourself a favour and avoid !

0 Stars from me. Ordered a while ago and the food still haven’t turned up. When I try to call the store the phone lines are off and have no way of contacting them. I also got in contact with Uber eats and they couldn’t even get hold of the store. Absolutely awful customer service let alone paying nearly £40 and still having to wait hours for food and it still not turned up. The store should have an investigation into their customer service and their delivery drivers because seems like something dodgy going on or they are that incompetent they can’t answer a phone

We visited this establishment for a nice treat on Sunday 14th May. We ordered for four to eat in. Two of us were served our order fairly rapidly. Sadly we had finished them and it was another 30 minutes before the other two orders were served up. The food was OK and well presented although a bit expensive. Our treat was spoiled by the awful timing regarding the service
