Ahipoki - Queen Creek

The young girl was very helpful in helping us choose our Poke Bowls. The food was delicious, and a large bowl would have been too much for us. I highly recommend this place for a quick lunch stop while you're out shopping.

Then a man appeared, and I inquired about the nutritional information for the sauces. He mentioned he had the nutritional values but not the actual ingredients. I explained again about my son's soy allergy and his potential reaction. He simply responded that if my son was allergic to soy, he shouldn't eat there, adding that they even used soy oil in their rice. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I insisted that I needed to cancel my son’s order since he wouldn't be able to eat anything safely. When I pointed out that their website provides no warnings about soy being in their dishes, he said that payment had already been processed. I acknowledged that but insisted they document the cancellation for his order. He reluctantly agreed to issue a refund but made it clear he was not pleased about it. I am extremely frustrated because I was assured that the tuna did not contain soy, and had I not inquired about the sauces, my son could have faced a serious health crisis. The level of care shown by the staff is shocking. There is no information available on their website regarding the ingredients used in dishes like the Ahi Poke bowl. If you have any food allergies, I strongly advise against eating here and recommend not trusting their claims about allergens. Please take caution when considering this place.

The restaurant is great for delivery apps, but when you visit in person, you get a decent portion size. However, if you order online, the amount in the bowl is often quite disappointing.

I've been looking for a casual Poke Sashimi restaurant with FRESH fish that not only offers fresh ingredients but also a genuine and friendly guest service. Ahi Poki is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner with an elaborate menu and various sauces to choose from. This special restaurant location was under the old administration, as I remember very much. Since Lupe, the new General Manager and her team have taken the Queen Creek location under their wings, it has become a great restaurant overnight and it meets every single feature where I have a Pet Peeve: FRESH INGREDIENTS, CLEANSS, a delicious and varied menu for choice and, last but not least, GENUINE HOSPITALITY. Since the change of management I have inaugurated and ordered to take many occasions, and every time I swore the food at Queen Creek Ahi Poki! Lupe and her team really turned this place and I may not be able to sing enough praise about how DELICIOUS FRESH is her fish and food. It is disgusting and it is worth devoting. But what caught my attention most, which is one of my petals and what is of the greatest priority to me, is also guest service. AhiPoki in Queen Creek offers not only authentic, authentic, PROFESSIONAL and warm hospitality to its guests, be it for food or go out. On a note of fresh ingredients, their portions are HUGE! I can never finish a full plate. Your team is very generous and offers not only plenty of choice, but also when loading your board or order. Lupe and her team always greet me with a smile on their faces and they make me appreciated as a guest, really at home. In today's day and age, where a decent guest service and fresh ingredients are a rarity, this restaurant exceeds with its diverse and decadent menu, combined with stellar guest service and warm hospitality. If you think about eating in Ahi Poki in Queen Creek, don't think twice: go to this wonderful restaurant and fill your face with 2-Scoop or 3-Scoop dishes, Musubi or treat yourself with Thai Ice Tea, Green Ice Tea or one of their other delicious delicacies. This restaurant SHINES with perfect service and food. I have lived in and around the world, in and in different states and countries and always look for the best restaurants wherever I am at any time. Ahi Poki is really a GEM in a Queen Creek. I hope they'll never go, but grow over the years. Queen Creek will certainly benefit from a small variety in the culinary spectrum and AhiPoki will certainly meet these criteria. This was our second time ordering food. Food was good just very frustrated with the lack of portion for my wife's umagi bowl. First time we ordered got a full bowl, tonight barely got any eel. Looking for more consistency in portion control.
