One of the very best meals of my life! If you can get in GO!!! We went here to celebrate my partner 's birthday and did not disappoint. From the secret code to enter, to the amazingly attentive service to the fabulous food every moment was perfect. It is a tasting menu of locally sourced ingredients and so very clever in their preparation to the presentation. The meal progresses to three different rooms all in the cellars of one of the historical buildings. The atmosphere is just lovely and memorable. If you can score the Chef 's Table good for you, but the regular table service was stellar. All the food was fabulous with one course better than the next and hard to decide what was the favorite. One of the more remarkable aspects was the beverage pairings, while I had the upgraded wine pairings, my partner who does not drink alcohol had the non alcoholic pairings. Those were simply fantastic and even more inventive than a glass of wine since each complimented the course being served. While pricey, this was the very best experience especially for a celebration. Loved every minute of it, and would definitely make this a reason to come to Quebec City. Truly a destination restaurant and should have several Michelin stars.

One of the best meals we have ever had. Everything was excellent, from the service, to the wine, and especially the food. This is an experience, not just a meal our service was almost 4 hours, so plan to to be there awhile and take your time. The attention to detail and quality of the food and wine could not have been any better. We started off in the lounge with drinks and small bites, then moved to the chef's table where we could see them prepare the courses and bring out the food. The first course we had at the table was the main one pictured on TripAdvisor with the 9 squares I don't think its served every time, but I loved this one. Better to leave it as a surprise so I won't say much else about it other than it was one of the best dishes I have had anywhere. Other highlights included the caviar, venison that was perfectly cooked, the wine pairing, and the dessert courses. A

Wonderful experience and the service is excellent.They know what they are doing. Me and my husband depend $750 and feel worth it for sure. Our mouth never empty and all tasting good.
