Sushi Samurai - Québec

Sorry, out of inventory —Waiter. TOO LAZY TO ACCOMMODATE 4 PEOPLE. Me and my friends arrived at 8: 40PM and they did not accommodate us! We came from Toronto, we mentioned this to the waiter and there wasn 't a care in the world.

Our experience at Samurai Sushi left much to be desired. Despite arriving with a 30-minute window for dining in, our request for a quick meal was met with resistance as the staff strongly pushed for takeout. The lack of any dish recommendations, coupled with the swift delivery of our order within just 5 minutes, left us feeling unwelcome and unappreciated. It's unfortunate that our visit didn't align with our expectations for a pleasant dining experience.

I have my dinner in Samurai Sushi few days ago. The staffs attitude are very nice and the food is good also. The problem is they need more staffs, as I see there was only 1 server and when it was getting busy, the cashier guy need to help him, but its still slow. The slow of serving made our food come later than what it’s supposed to be. We were waiting about 15-20 mins for one time of order and it killed our patient. Then they told us about the last call, but we just only have few dishes and all the time we were sitting there and waiting for food from the slow service. In short, the staff and food are fine, but the short of staffs made the service became slower and effected our amount of dishes as well as our time.

We had a great time here!Although we got “20 Salmon Rose “by accident! But we still enjoyed freshFood and excellent service from the restaurant!

The waiter was super friendly and gave great service. The all you can eat rate is well worth it.
