Restaurant Normandin - Québec

The breakfast prices were reasonable, but like many other restaurants in the area, they were a bit overpriced. Our server was friendly but seemed a bit clueless. When our food arrived, my order was completely wrong (for example, I got sausage, fried eggs, and beans instead of Benedict). The server took it back to the kitchen and returned asking if I wanted to eat what was brought out by mistake or wait for the correct order, which would take an additional 15 minutes. I opted to wait. My husband finished his meal while I ate mine 15 minutes later. The server was very apologetic and they did not charge me for the incorrect dish.

We dined at this restaurant chain multiple times during our travels to the east of Montreal. The highly detailed allergy menu was a great feature. The food was delicious.

On a rainy evening in Quebec City, late at night, we were exhausted after a long day of traveling in and out of town. To our dismay, we discovered that most nearby restaurants were closed. However, we stumbled upon a bustling eatery and decided to give it a shot. The restaurant had a lovely, cheerful decor, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We ordered a delicious vegetarian lasagna with red beans and ricotta cheese for our vegetarian companion, as well as other tasty non-vegetarian dishes like spaghetti and pizza, Chicken Club Sandwiches, and Fish N' Chips with a wonderful tartar sauce. For dessert, we enjoyed fresh fruits with chocolate dip and rolled pancakes with sweet cream. The menu even included options for children. Despite there being five of us, the bill was surprisingly reasonable. We left feeling both satisfied and content after a long day.

They have a wide range of foods. We were there for dinner. The appetizers and pasta were delicious. The cheese cake was delicious. Great staff and a really great place to go with family and children.

Canadian Restaurant Chain Great affordable food. Won't break the budget when traveling with kids. They do offer Canadian/American favorites. Most locations offer a small sports bar also.
