Amazing French Onion soup! Stumbled upon this walking down to check out tbe shopping area from our hotel and loved it. The soup is the best I've had yet on our trip to Québec! They have a great beer and drink selection and a really cozy room to enjoy your soup and pints in! Will be back on our next visit!

The restaurant is a cozy and well-lit pub with stone walls, wood floors, and a fireplace, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. They offer a fantastic selection of beers and the service is friendly and welcoming. Guests can also enjoy playing board games while indulging in excellent smoked meat sandwiches.

Fun, cheap, great service. Went in there on a Sunday and it was quiet, but I get the impression it's hoping most nights. They don't have a kitchen, just a broiler, so the menu is limited, but they use it well, and the food is good. Very friendly staff and good atmosphere.

The environment is what makes the atmosphere; right next to the stairs and perfect for people watching. Beer is good. Food was meh. The nachos did not meet the price tag.

Visited twice for beers and people watching. Really friendly place at the foot of both the Funicular and the Breakneck Steps with views over Rue du Petit Champlain. Great music and a funky waitress who actually remembered us from 2 days before.
