Pizza Salvatore - Québec

The pizza is pretty much like the average restaurant, not much different, but the price is notisably higher.

Pizza, french fries and a salad bar all you can eat. Don't expect much, but overall pizzas well done. I like pain à l'ail that actually is like a pizza oil and garlic.

Ordered for delivery to room. Delivery was fast enough but the pizza was not very good. Not sure if they send lesser quality to hotels. PLastic forks and knives?!?

I tried calling the delivery service for Salvatore when I was in a hostel in Quebec. One hour later, I called them again to know if the pizza was coming, and they nonchallantly said (after confirming all the order info again) that it would be in the hotel in 40 minutes. I tried telling her that I had ordered one hour before, but she kept repeating 40minutes. No respectable delivery service takes that long. I gave up and went to a pub.

We ordered two nights ago. They gave us two wrong pizzas, found 2 hairs in the cheese and the fries were burned and looked like they were made in a microwave. We called back and before I said anything, the guy told me: YES' thats what you ordered. We asked for a refund since we didnt even eat one slice and they totally refused, even if you their box it cleary says that is satisfaction guaranteed or money back. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. They told us they will call us back and never did. Just lost 60$ for 2 pizzas and one large fry. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
