Cuisine La La - Québec

We booked a 15 person table at the restaurant for a birthday party, so the owners skillfully concocted a special multiple course meal that included but not limited to : homemade creton, foie gras, authentic tourtière, roasted beef, homemade bread smoked salmon, salads, root vegetables and an amazing whole roasted and lacquered pig. Basically an insane amount of delicious food. The owner's and staff we're incredibly warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to provide us a unforgetable festive experience. If I could give more than 5 stars i would not hesitate, I would recommend this establishment to everyone.

What a find, this local gem serves traditional Quebec Food, simple meals, complex flavours. The restaurant is tastefully decorated, very warm ambience. Small selection of main meals, but very true to their origins. Great service and exceptional value, This was our best overall dining experience in Quebec.

We stumbled upon this restaurant on Friday evening and it turned out to be our best dining experience in Quebec City! The atmosphere was relaxed, unpretentious and welcoming. Rustic design with all of the right details...wine goblets, sterling silver, harvest table, lighting, etc. The food was truly outstanding.....fresh baked bread, fish cooked to perfection with delicious accompaniments. Thank you to Owner/Chef Alex for creating amazing, flavourful dishes....and a very special thanks to our wonderful waiter, Bruno!! I will definitely be back!!

If you like regional cuisine fron the Saguenay and Lac Saint-Jean, this is the right place for you.The salad, house bread, house butter were very good.But the "piece de résistance " is the Tourtiere. Tastefull.A place to visit on your next trip to Quebec city.
