Chez Ashton - Québec

This seemed like a very strange stop on a food tour an almost food place. but they seemed to believe that chez ashtons poutine was the most authentic. after tasting we all came to the conclusion that we are not poutine fans.

Delicious chicken and cheese salad good value - definitiw enough for two- not too hard- easy to find. cheaply open 24 hours well if you need something to eat that is not difficult

We visited this restaurant at Faust because it is open 24 hours. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they served the best poutine I have ever had, as well as the most delicious bratwurst I have ever tasted. We will definitely be coming back!

We came here to try poutine as recommended by our hotel staff. employees at chez ashton were very kind to help us because this was our first time in quebec. the restaurant was clean and not too busy when we visited. I have a frying beef and I really enjoyed and poutine. while the poutine was good, I will never long. that is a good place to try. we ate at the airport at the boulevard Wilfrid-Hamel.

While you can find Ashton locations throughout the city, you won't find them in Montréal, as there aren't any standout poutine spots there. For the real deal, head to the casse-croutes along the roadside in the region. In Québec City, Ashton sets the standard for poutine, especially at this particular location which is open 24 hours a day. So if you're craving some late night poutine, this is the spot to satisfy your hunger.
