The savory pork belly brussel sprout salad was satisfying. I highly recommend visiting and trying out their small plates.

This modern restaurant is a great place for tapas-style dishes and chic cocktails. I enjoyed the tuna tarts that was excellent! The apple cake Dessert has definitely left an impression. The pig bell brussel sprout salad was savory and hit the place. I definitely recommend stopping and grabing one of their small plates.
A real hidden jewel! The best cocktails I had in Quebec City and super delicious desserts. It is thrown away at the boutique hotel and has not much of an ambience, but I think the drinks and food are worth it.
Hands down one of the best meals in Quebec. Do not let the fact that it is a hotel restaurant deter you. The service was warm, the dishes were delicious, and the mood was welcoming. Limited menu, but guarantee to deliver. Very recommended the oysters for appetizer, tuna tataki for main, and must have the chocolate brownies for dessert. It's not a sad American brownies we're all used to. It is beautifully decorated, complexed texture between roasted hazelnuts hidden in the brownies and the aromas of passion fruit and dark chocolate. I come back to dessert alone. Drinks were solid 8/10, my going to be an old fashion and it was delicious here. The only drawback was the steak main course a little cooked. I asked about medium rarely and it came more like medium. Total experience is a 5/5 restaurant.
