Bügel Fabrique De Bagels - Québec

Nice people, tiny place. Bagels have good crust, but are a little too soft inside. Better toasted, but I like fresh bagels untoasted.

Beautiful place , you have to experience the best bagels in Quebec. As a New Yorker I can tell you you won’t be disappointed !

Unbelievably bad and impossibly slow service. Waited over 45 minutes for four toasted bagels. We inquired 4 times. No updates or apologies from any of the 7 staff present. Twice, (after we inquired when the food was coming (30 minutes later) someone came to the table to tell us our original order wasn’t available. We finally left after almost an hour, with no food.Doesn’t matter how good the bagels are, if you can’t even get them. Waste of precious vacation time.

Cannot rave about this place enough! The bagels are exceptional! If I wasn’t travelling, i would have grabbed a few bags to take with me. So soft and scrumptious! Had a salmon and pesto on a bagel with a cappuccino. Cannot complain about the service… slightly slow but that was a given because the early morning rush did not end. Was lucky to reach at a good time early morning before the big rush. Even then, they managed to have everyone settled in to eat with whatever seating capacity they had so no one had to wait too long. Kudos to the great management! Definitely a must try if you’re here!
