Tim Hortons - Quebec City

Amazing service!!! The cashier was smiling and was very efficient. Only feedback would be to add a trash can by the drive thru station.

I initially felt a bit silly reviewing a Tim Horton's, but it was recommended to me so I decided to give it a try. It turned out to be similar to a Canadian Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee was standard drip coffee with the option to add cream and sugar. I was surprised that adding the cream and sugar didn't make it overly sweet. Overall, I didn't find anything particularly special about Tim Horton's and I wouldn't go out of my way to visit again, especially since it's just like Dunkin' Donuts which I don't frequent often.

Since I am not very proficient in speaking French, I made an effort to show respect for their language and culture. The staff noticed my attempt to communicate and when I pulled up to the window, one of them said, "Your French is good, keep practicing!" They smiled at me, acknowledging my efforts, and I smiled back in gratitude. I am excited to return to this restaurant in the future!

The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in providing good customer service. However, the atmosphere of the restaurant was quite pleasant. The decor and ambiance created a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for its atmosphere, but be prepared for subpar service.

I never have high expectations for Tim Hortons because I used to work there and I know the staff are not well-paid enough to care. However, I was pleasantly surprised by Julien's positive attitude and careful attention to our order. Thank you very much for your excellent service, Julien!
