I feel like I gave my money to a bloke in the streets who promiced a gormet meal and strung me along for hours until everything closed. after 3 phone calls off the store to appoligise about the fact the delivery was late (I understand this happens). after 4 hours after ordering I called to ask how it was going and I was told the kitchen is closed come back tomorrow. when I asked for a refund I was told every thing is closed you should have called earlier. I tjhen asked for the manager and I was told "I am the owner and I want to go home" I then tried to explain to him how he just took my money and didn't deliver the pizza. He replied "you can F##k off im going home". I tried calling southport where my money was charged (card statement) and nobody will refund my money. $55 down the drain. cant belive this from a nation wide chain.
After long drive, stopped in to order before checking in to hotel. Friendly, clean and fast. Delicious prosciutto pizza!! Thanks guys
Crust has a good range of pizza including a gourmet range. The quality of their pizzas exceeds the standards of most chain pizza groups with friendly service. They also offer a frequent buyer's card giving free pizzas after so many purchases. The only problem I found with the frequent buyer's card was the scanner is often down.I can say their pizzas are worth the money and quite moreish.
Been waiting 2 hours for pizza. every time i call they tell me they on the way. No apologies. If you actually feel like eating, suggest you order from somewhere else.
So I wouldn't call myself a regular but went to this pizza place once every 4 months or so. The pizzas has a bigger variety of toppings. I rode up there just as they were opening understanding that I would have to wait awhile. What caught my interest was that the food in prep area had already being sitting there. And it looked like it was sitting there overnight, all the meat had gone an ugly colour and everything else had been too.I express my concern to the staff member about this, and he assured me that the meat he would change... (my inside voice was like ... you are .... kidding me). Then he told me wouldn't use this and get fresh. So I thought ok, fresh. But as he started to make the pizza he started using the food that was sitting there, dried limp fly covered food, and I had to say I wanted a refund. No way I want food poisoning! He claimed that the food was taken from the freezer, just after moments ago he said he would change it. Is this the standard for the food industry in Australia
