Pizzeria Antonio Esposito - Quarto

Well..!! We organized a pizza at Antonio Esposito's... with the Friends of the Quarto theater company... and I must say that it was a nice discovery and surprise... the pizzas were excellent... but even more special were the fried and baked Cannoli from Genovese and Ragù... if I really had to find a small flaw that I can't explain, it is the small quantity of oil on the pizzas... I think it is a choice of the pizza chef who, to be honest, does not significantly modify the final taste but only modifies the I wait... the kindness of the staff is amazing... available for everything and very fast... Overall recommended?.. ABSOLUTELY YES..!!

More than positive experience with Antonio Esposito's new pizzeria. I chose a fried cicoli and ricotta without pepper and went with jujube broth. Spectacular pasta and frying.
