In the room, Maximilian, an experienced and kind sommelier, is ready to seduce you with a wide choice of labels, from the best known to the least known, some of which are really unjustly unnoticed to the public. The menu is quite varied, from appetizers to first, from seconds to desserts, all fruit of the hands of Monica, the very skilled cook. In short taste, good taste, all in a discreet but definitely welcoming atmosphere, absolutely recommended experience.

Small wine shop at the gates of Quarrata; passing with friends the very helpful owners have prodigated to find us a place and then serve us celerically as we asked (we had a Volley race to follow and we had to be at the palazzetto by 21.00). Cute the local twisted with wines of minor cellars as notoriety but of excellent quality; tasty dishes offered with typical and refined products... insomma to try!! !

Small premises with few places, so I suggest to book. Excellent selection of cheeses and meats, good preparation of other dishes. I really like the proactivity of the owners who are always looking for news by making themed evenings and preparing out special menus. Very friendly and helpful. I found it strange that a wine card was missing since it was an wine shop, but we were told that it was their policy, Finally I don't know if they own a wine cellar on the back or if they serve directly the red wines present in the room (when I was at dinner we took a white that was kept at temperature in the fridge, but if they serve the bottles directly from the shelves it is likely not to serve the wine at the appropriate temperature... a young red for example is used at the temperature of 14-16° and the temperature of the room is definitely higher! I think for an wine shop these are important details. If instead the wines are kept at temperature in another room then as not said! :

In a cold afternoon, I happened to turn around Quarrata to try, on the advice of a True Friend, this beautiful place. It is an honest place both for food, wine and especially for prices.....
