Vegetariano Zuvar - Puyo

We returned to try their burger and chaulafán. Both were good, but the chaulafán could have used a bit more spices. Overall, the lunch menu remains the best deal. (Updated from previous review on March 27, 2023)

I believe this is the only vegetarian restaurant in Puyo. The menu options are quite good. They recently relocated a few blocks away from their original spot.

I went here and had one of the Sunday lunch dishes and my friend had a breakfast meal. Both were good sized servings and tasty. The staff could also tell me what was vegan and what wasn't.

This restaurant is a small and cozy cafe with 5 tables and 20 seats. It is conveniently located near an intersection. I had no problem getting a vegan meal when I asked the server. The restaurant is centrally situated, just a short walk from the heart of Puyo. They serve a variety of dishes, including Ecuadorian cuisine, burgers, and pasta. On Sundays, they have a different menu than the rest of the week, although I am unsure of what it includes. I had no trouble getting a takeaway order to enjoy on the bus.
