Urban Timber Coffee - Puyallup

Every time I went to this coffee shop, the baristas were always friendly and provided a bright spot on a few tough days. The coffee is delicious, but what really sets this urban timber location apart is the incredibly friendly staff.

I visit this restaurant multiple times a week. The staff, especially the ladies, are very welcoming. I enjoy the delicious flavor of the coffee, and they also offer a fantastic rewards program.

I need help! I have not received the login code to open the app and place an order for almost a month! I have left multiple messages and emails without any response. Calling the locations is ineffective as the lines are always busy, and even if you do get through, leaving a message does not result in a call back. I am disappointed.

There is only one exceptional employee at this restaurant who truly knows how to make great drinks. If she isn't working, you may encounter indifferent service and average drinks. I appreciate the dedication of the staff at the smaller stands who take pride in their work.

I don't understand why the word "coffee" is in the name of this place. The coffee here is not good - I even tried an espresso on a different visit, but they didn't have any syrups that suited coffee, only sour apple or peach. They should consider calling themselves "Gravity Energy Drinks" instead, and use the abbreviation "GED" instead of "GC" on everything.
