Subway - Puyallup

The service at this particular Subway location was terrible. The employee was extremely rude and seemed unhappy. They refused to give tap water without charging almost $3 for a cup. This Subway gives the franchise a bad reputation. Additionally, they did not accept Subway vouchers and charged extra without providing the correct amount of extras. I would advise going to the next Subway location a few miles away instead of stopping at this one.

We ordered a 4-meter long sandwich through their website, picked it up, and took it home. However, each sandwich was made incorrectly. We called the person who answered the phone and she said her name was scratched out. Unfortunately, we had to wait until the next day to finally speak with the manager, Stephanie. She was helpful. Additionally, their app still shows sandwiches that are no longer available; they only make another one without informing them.

Ordered a delivery via Subway website and powered from DoorDash delivery. Wait 30 late abs my drink is missing on the order! Called the shop and a lady was “oh we are so sorry but we give the drink to the driver” Me like “do you have the drive number?” She like “ as the order delivered we can’t do anything”.Now what ? Where is my drink!

This Subway is great! I go out of my way just to go to this one when I'm craving my Turkey Italiano. I work strange hours, so the friendly overnight workers are a godsend. I'm always satisfied with my order and the speed of service as well. Thanks to the wonderful crew at this location!

Thank God this place exists. Late night munchies in puyallup can only be satisfied by this subway in puyallup. Too many times I've been let down by 24/7' fast food joints in puyallup but this place is always open and they provide the best service from the gas station all the way to the subway. 1) They're 24/7 2) Treat you with respect 3) clean environment 4) friendly 5) Amazing food and service
