Sonic Drive-in - Puyallup

How is this even acceptable…. I was waiting on the drive threw window and the girl comes to ask me what I’m waiting for? When I still had to wait for my whole meal. Not only that they forgot to add the tots and for the wait they had me waiting it was definitely not worth it …. There’s no point on wasting my money on bad food quality and service. Check 452272

My wife, and I decided to go to Sonic Drive-In in Puyallup Washington to get some shakes, she ordered the vanilla shake and i ordered a Oreo Shake. The shakes came out perfectly. We also ordered a honey bbq popcorn chicken and when i got home to eat it for dinner with some rice the honey bbq chicken did not have bbq sauce. I guess if you’re going to order any food you have to bring your own bbq sauce, buffalo sauce. Okay team Sonic Drive-In how can we correct this situation? FYI; Time is very precious to me..!

This location is normally really great at speed and accuracy of orders. However, both my wife and I have noticed that the closer it gets to closing time, the more mistakes you are going to get to your order. We have had our order never show up, and we had to call the kitchen a second time to remind them that they have our food, and we have had sauces not get delivered without any heads up about any shortages when the food was ordered. So it could be a number of reasons as to why the evening experience is vastly different from the day experience, but regardless, we now go to a different location if we are ordering food at night.

This was the first time eating at Sonic. I was in the drive through. I ordered 3 #2's medium and when I got home I only got 2 burgers. It was 8:30 pm and I had groceries to put away and I was unable to go back out to get the missing burger. I'm very disappointed in this establishment. The girl even asked me directly at the window what I ordered. I will NOT be giving them my money again! Signed Disappointed!!!

The service here was absolutely terrible! The only way to get any attention is through the drive-thru. My dad and I, both classic car enthusiasts, thought it would be fun to visit this place and relive the vibe of the '50s and '60s. We ended up sitting there for 45 minutes, repeatedly pressing the button for service, while we watched cars in the drive-thru place their orders and receive their food. When I finally walked up to the door, they informed me that they would help me when they could. I have decided that I will never spend another dollar at Sonic again! I will gladly drive out of my way to Wally's in Buckley, where the food and service are fantastic. Sonic is a huge disappointment, and this isn't the first time I've experienced such poor service here, but it will definitely be my last visit!
