Contribuiți la feedbackIt was my first time at Shari’s and it was exactly what I expected it to be. Big plates of greasy comfort food. We all need this once in a while! I was happy that there was avocado with the veggie omelette. My omelette was undercooked though. I enjoyed the hash browns and regretted not getting the stuffed ones as those looked really good. It was nice to be able to have pancakes instead of toast unfortunately I had no room for them at the end. The coffee was very weak. The service was quick and friendly. I haven’t had a chance to try their pie. I would come back for that!
For a chain location, the atmosphere and food were ok. I do remember pride loyalty was #1 but now it's not so good..I would stop there again someday.
Went for breakfast/brunch, and the food was ok. Ordered their eggs benefit and was kind of disappointed when the eggs were overdone.. hash browns were nothing special. Had to request another cranberry juice because the waiter refilled our coffee, but my daughter was left lingering... was told there were no refills, but another one would be added. I didn't ask for all the details but would have wished that the delivery would have been different. Customer service could definitely improve... by a lot.. more smiles... more small chat...
Ok so I loved Sharis and I feel everyone did. I now understand why they are going under. First… look at the pic of the pie I got that cost me 6 bucks. Half my finger in size, about four bites. I got two different types and they both were this size. Second is they have posters everywhere that says, sign up for the rewards program get a free slice of pie. Come to find out you need to wait till the next time you come in but it doesn’t say that anyway. Even the manager said it doesn’t say it anyway. Totally false advertisement. Last… they had no ice cream… totally out. If I was the manager I would have walked across the parking lot to the grocery store and got a tub of vanilla ice cream for the customers. That’s going up and beyond. Overall it just shows why they are slowly going down hill and closing places. Shari’s if you see this, take this experience and the fact the restaurants are not full anymore as a sign you need to make some changes.
I used to enjoy going to Shari’s but it is so very cold in there that it isn’t worth it. I’m sure the AC is set so low to keep customers from camping for hours but at that temp I don’t even want to stop in for lunch. Fine for a to-go order. I can only imagine how the elderly feel considering they are prone to running colder. What a way to hustle out your main target demographic.
