Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

This is the best Red Robin I've been to. Even though they were extremely busy, our server Michael was fantastic. He always checked in on us to see if we needed anything and made sure everything was to our liking. The food was delicious with hot fries, mac and cheese, and fresh burgers. I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

Today, I ordered one of my favorite dishes, the Banzai burger (cheese, teriyaki, mayo, and pineapple) as a grilled chicken burger in a salad wrap. I used the app to order because I had a reward for a free dessert with a purchase of $10 or more - what a deal! My food came out quickly, so there was no waiting time. Not only did I enjoy my salad wrap with fries, but I also got free cinnamon sugar doughnuts with fudge and caramel as part of the reward program. I also had a Shirley Temple to drink. My sandwich and fries were well-cooked and tasty, and the dessert was very sweet but good. The doughnuts were soft and delicious, similar to deep-fried sugar bars in texture. The Shirley Temple was tasty but strong, so be careful not to feel the buzz too quickly. Overall, Red Robin is not the best place for food, but it's a decent option for a meal every now and then, especially the location near South Hill Mall.

The staff at this restaurant are always very friendly, which is the saving grace of this establishment. My family loves Red Robin, but we have had a disappointing experience here in recent years. We have tried to give it a chance multiple times, but each time we have received a few hot dishes while the rest of our meals were cold and needed to be reheated. On top of that, the service is incredibly slow and dishes are often overlooked. I would recommend heading to the Red Robin down on South Hill where the service is more reliable.

Danielle, our waitress, was great. they quickly sat our big party of ten. the food was served quickly and was good. danial offered unlimited sides and kept drinks filled.

So sad how bad Red Robin has gotten... I blame the greedy corporate side of it. The place is so dated, dirty and needs a scrub n clean inside. They are always understaffed and the food is always so mid. Don 't bother going a busy hour. Fries are garbage went to McDonald 's after. My burger was barely warm. You could say cold
