It is a little discreet, in the lobby that leads to the Hilton Hotel, where you can enjoy excellent dishes quietly. The menu of the day 2 dishes is 27,50€, three dishes to 32,90€. With a salmon and kiwi tartre, incornets and purée (see photos), chocolate marrow. The glass of excellent chablis is € 8.90. Expresso at 3.50€. Prices are high, but it is not a “cantine”.
