Daily Monop' - Puteaux

This is basically a fast food/convenience store locate above the Monoprix, in the CNIT mall. Still, it served fresh salads and sandwiches, fresh baked goods, and a wide selection of beverages and other items. Several times, at the end of a long day of sightseeing, we preferred the Daily Monop' to Hilton room service--good food, and FAR cheaper.

Good, tasty food at reasonable prices. Can definitely recommend the café at La Defense, the staff are friendly and helpful and speak good English although I did order in French the lady answered in perfect English.

For quick lunch Daily Monop is perfect. Cantine-like style and not cosy, but you have a good choice of healthy salads and sandwiches.

Well-appointed, clean, modern. Perfect for a little break. It's very relaxing. a lot of snacks, lunch, drinks.

Stopped at this coffee shop to have a light breakfast, it is very nicely decorated and the coffee and croissant / pain au chocolat are equisite, one of the few best I gave ever had in 60 years!They have free wifi and also offer comfortable seating atea.The staff are truly professional and helpful.They do also serve hit dishes for lunch ... i recommend this place located in the opposite side from the Quatre Temps shopping compkex, ss it is much quieter and much less crowded than 4 Temps.By the way, you cannsoon have free tea refills when at this coffee shop, if you are much into tea!
