Friendly and pleasant staff, clean and quiet hotel

I came to get coffee with a colleague. We took coffee and gourmet tea that were very good. I know that we are on Paris and in a very well noted hotel but pay 15€ for a gourmet coffee that contains a tiny marrow and cookie plus half a macaron it makes a little expensive. Despite the price the tea was very good and the little treats too. We went there about 15h and the bar/restaurant toilet was not clean (urine smell and large stool marks in the toilet). Too bad because the place is very nice, has a beautiful architecture and changes us. I find it very important that the toilets at a hotel are always clean, which is why I remove a few stars.

Delicious food and good wine. buzzing and busy too day. pace was initially a little slow, but after serving picked up. total pleasant experience

Good breakfast buffet. I was in the hilton for a few days and had breakfast here before I left. decent selection of juices, müsli, brot, yogurt, warm food, made to order eggs and fruit. service was good. only the coffee on both days. was terrible.

In a fine hotel like the hilton at la defense, you would expect that food that was made at least fresh and beautifully placed on a teller. I had a starter (shrimp cocktail, hidden under a buck of cream-fraiche,) main (cover parmentier) and desert-gourmet'...coffeee) in three aligned I found nothing that could not only be taken out of the refrigerator, heated in the microwave or be taken out from a supermarket plastic package. lazy cook uninspiring, boring presentation and not worth the more than 60 euro I pay. you are in paris, young. respect your audience.
