Great area, quiet and great service!!! Come again

The hotel has four stars. Personally, we cannot really see the fourth star.The individual buildings have already come into the years. The riad-covered buildings are beautifully made. Unfortunately, the windows are already extremely colourful, which suggests that paints that have not been done for a long time.The rooms (rooms 13) have been originally thought to be an apartment. The large living room with kitchenette is spacious, but unfortunately quite impractical. An ear armchair with a too steep backrest and a foot part appears at the view cross as it really is. The two sofa is not really suitable for larger people. A laying is actually only possible on the bed. The use of the living room is somewhat restricted. The table is OK. The equipment of the kitchen is rudimentary. Cutlery is as fearless as there is. A knife, two forks, two teaspoons...a hotplate or pots are not available. The refrigerator in a lower cabinet is not quiet and poorly ventilated.The bathroom meets the expectations of a 4-star house when it comes to shower and sink. The toilet can only be used manually during our visit. The electrical auxiliary devices were without function. The panel for controlling these functions was not active. Nevertheless, the bathroom was clean and good to use. A heating fan quickly provides enough heat even at cooler temperatures.The bedroom with the beds is maximum 3 stars. It has the charm of the 90s. For us as very long-grown persons, the pillows are 80 x 80 cm and fully upholstered to sleep actually not to use. The mattresses without topp are quite hard. Smaller pillows and a pad (stop) on the mattresses were provided to us on the following day after a corresponding complaint. After that you could sleep; not enjoyable, but you could sleep.The ladies of the reception are very friendly and tried. The housekeeping is only occupied until the afternoon, so special requests are only implemented on the following day.The breakfast in a more modern annex is fine, the offer on the buffet is clear but sufficient. The rolls are baked goods, nothing special. Here too, we would consider 3 stars to be justified.The price-performance ratio is not balanced. For more than 200 € per night with two people you can get more on site. Also 4,00 € for a bottle of mineral water 0.7 l in the room are not exactly a bargain. In the restaurant you should pay a surcharge of €2.50 for each change request. The food is good and plentiful, inexpensive but also not quite local. There are quite attractive restaurants in the district Lautenbach am Hafen and in Putbus, at approximately the same prices.

Impressive ambience, outdoor area grandios, and eat very well! Staff very accommodating and nice!

Very quiet, no bathroom on site, not for small children

We were there for the barbecue. The service was great. It was for everyone.Personal was very accommodating. Price performance top.
