Van's Pig Stands Purcell

Food was basic. Very clean establishment, restrooms were immaculate. We just stopped in on our trip from Dallas back to OKC. Regretting not giving the banana pudding a try but definitely will if we stop in again.

Vans is always good, all locations have been great. My only complaint is that the meat portions were skimpy. I ordered the 2 meat platter and I think I got 3 slices of brisket and 3 small slices of chicken. I'm willing to pay the price for an amount I'm happy with.

Got the 2 meat dinner plate with ribs, brisket mac and cheese and potato salad. Potato salad was good. Macaraoni was so mushy i swapped it for collard greens that were soupy, chewy and no flavor. The ribs and brisket were dry, rubbery and dissapointing. The service nice and they were quite busy but im dissapointed in the food it was like i was fast food bbq.

Had a great meal at Vans!! Staff was welcoming and helpful! We’ve gotten take out several times and always happy with the food!

Excellent food, very tasty. You can tell they invest time and pay attention to detail in preparing their meals. Friendly service and clean restaurant.
