Upton Central - Purbeck

Honestly, the customer service here was absolutely astonishing. Despite facing aggression from some customers during their shifts, the two workers handled it calmly and dealt with the issues so well. The cleaning was amazing and the baristas were so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend coming here if you want great customer service, great vibes and an overall good time. Oh, and the baristas were gorgeous too! Not to objectify, but they were stunning. So it made the experience even nicer. :

Moved to upton in dec and found this lil gem. Lovely coffee, gorgeous food and cakes and the staff/owner are so friendly and helpful.

We absolutely love Upton Central,the Staff are so kind attentive...let you choose your own teapot lol... The food is just wonderful.. We love the relaxing ambience of the lovely place....x
