Not Just Sundaes Community Cafe

This restaurant used to be much better. They changed the layout, so now the toys are squeezed to the back and placed high up where kids can't reach them. It was better when the sofas were next to the toys. The tables are all set up for 6 people, so if you're dining alone or with a few people, you have to share a table. The service is very slow - it took 30 minutes to place our order for 2 drinks, and another 30 minutes to receive them. The food portions are generous and the prices are low. With a new layout and smaller tables, they could potentially increase their profits. Many customers leave because they don't want to share a table with strangers.

Great service. We love the Salt Pig breakfast. We (Purnet) hire the place once a fortnight for a business networking meeting. The Salt Pig brings us breakfast. It's a great venue for this.

NOT JUST SUNDAES We travelled 11miles gave our money to the carpark got there the gates were locked on Google they were open. On the first day of our holiday we decided to try again travelled 11 miles arrived gave our money to the carpark walked inside waited eventually a woman came to the counter and she said we are closed like we should know it's closed. We are shut till eleven no sign on the door to tell customers they were closed for mother's only breast feeding babies. That was our second trip there was nothing online to say they were closed for an event. Drink and food denied we won't be trying this place for a third time. I thought a cafe was a place serving light meals and drinks our breakfast was called off for breastfeeding club. Not just anyday's

This restaurant is a great spot for families with kids, offering delicious food and a very friendly and helpful staff. It's also a very laid-back and kid-friendly environment, with an interesting display of local artwork.
