Contribuiți la feedbackI have nothing but good things to say about the Taco Bell in Pullman, Washington. The staff is incredibly friendly and the restaurant is very clean, including the bathrooms. The general manager is exactly what you would hope for - calm, polite, and pleasant. Even though tex-mex is not my favorite type of cuisine, Taco Bell always impresses with their delicious food. Despite being busy with DoorDash orders, they still take care of their in-person customers. Unlike some other fast food restaurants that lack in customer service, Taco Bell excels in this area, along with providing tasty food and a nice atmosphere. I highly recommend visiting Taco Bell in Pullman, Washington.
As someone who is very selective about food, I find the food at this restaurant to be acceptable. However, the service is subpar. I typically only order a few items from the menu, with my favorite being the chips and cheese dip. Despite this being a frequent order of mine, the staff consistently forget to include the chips in my bag when I go through the drive-thru or visit the store. This means I have to wait in line again to receive the complete order. It is frustrating that the staff are not verifying that all items ordered are included in the bag.
I went to the drive-thru and pre-ordered on the app. When I received my food, the employee at the drive-thru was rude. As I reached for my bag, she abruptly let go of it, causing it to swing towards me. Upon opening the wrapper of my soft taco at home, a beetle crawled out. I immediately threw the taco away and now have a mess to clean up. I did not eat any of the food after discovering the beetle. Although it wasn't very large, it was still a decent size. The restaurant needs to improve its kitchen hygiene and overall cleanliness.
They shoved 2 quesadillas, 2 tacos, 2 nacho fries in one bag. The fries was everywhere. The taco got crushed. The quesadilla don't even cut right...but they're friendly though.
Dashers worst nightmare. I sympathize with and understand that this location gets busy, I know how it is working food service, but I am consistently bewildered by the state of affairs here. I have never had an order take less than 15 minutes. If I was a costumer, I would have a problem with this, but when it comes to my job it affects my income, ratings, and livelihood. It is financially devastating to my shifts to sink a minimum of five orders at this location that can take anywhere from twenty minutes to an hour. They openly admitted to having four pages of door dash orders at a time with the line for the drive through out to the highway. If they do not have the capacity to keep up, they should not keep accepting orders. I don’t blame the staff, I know they are likely instructed to keep accepting them, but this should not become my problem. I hope these issues get sorted, but to all people working delivery: if your acceptance rate can take the hit, decline any orders coming out if this location.
