This is a small panciteria that surprisingly has good food. Price is very reasonable (900 for 3 people).Noteworthy dishes include their patatim, buttered chicken, and camaron rebosado. Owners/manager were very hands-on, staff were courteous, fast and reliable even in taking orders. High foot traffic during weekends. Function rooms are available upon reservation for more private events. Parking: Limited number of spots (4-5 cars) but street parking is allowed for free. Kid-friendliness: They were kind enough to allow us to stay on a quieter area after our infant started fussing. No high chairs available but kids were roaming around freely, giving the atmosphere of a family-friendly restaurant.

Upon entering, the restaurant is cool, cozy. The servers are attentive. We had buttered chicken the breading is crunchy, it's not hard. Also ordered sotanghon kikiam, a little liver, a little pork, and a little cabbage and carrots are the ingredients, which is just right for the small size order that's good for 2 3. Black gelatin drink is great. I hope the server doesn't sit at the dining table and then talk on the cell phone and seems like he's still depressed. Service can still be improved.
