Starbucks - Pulaski St, Lincoln

Literally the worst and slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Also the biggest yet, only had 3 then down to 2 people working by the time I left without my food because after waiting 25 minutes for my two small drinks, they had just realized they needed to make my food yet and, I needed to get back on the road. One of the employees left after taking our order leaving the other two in a massive rush.Best advice; finish one order before taking and starting 10 more. Smh. Never again.

I usually never have an issue at this location but yesterday I got my cold brew and couldn't believe there was that much foam. This is not normal or what a nitro cold brew ever looks like. The foam was almost half of the grande cup, could hardly taste the coffee. When I was ordering during the drive thru the girl taking my order mid way passed off her microphone to this guy and wouldn't continue to take my order I had to repeat what I was ordering because of that. It was really weird then the coffee was messed up. Not coming back to this location.

Stop through on Thanksgiving at around 4:30.Very pleasant young woman. Took our order!! I love the seasonal ginger!!

Never had a issue at this location . Today ordered a salted caramel cold brew and it had so much sweet foam not on top like it's suppose to be but in the cold brew . Thru the whole taste of it off. I asked why it looked like that . Said she put on in after she made it ...would taste the same ...it did not taste same

I stopped in for a drink during a road trip. The staff was very friendly and my mocha was perfect!
