Egan's Pub

The food is exceptional. The visual presentation, of the food, completed the experience. Though located at a country club the staff are very welcoming to the public.

We were looking for a outdoor spot to have lunch and decided to check out Egan's Pub, and I'm glad we did! We initially came so we could sit outside, but unfortunately it was too windy to put the umbrellas up. My mother thought it was too sunny, so we had to eat indoors. Oh well! We sat by the window so we could at least have a view of the golf course. The service was attentive and friendly. I ordered the chip shot, which was similar to nachos but was made with homemade potato chips in lieu of nacho chips and had bacon and cheese with sriracha sauce. It's a great dish to share, but why share if you don't have to! However I couldn't possibly finish it, so I decided to take home my left overs. There's no need to waste yummy food. My mother had the burger and fries and devoured every morsel. The chef came over to make sure we were happy and we assured him we were over the moon satisfied. I love the feeling of a private country club setting without the stuffiness or expense. We can't wait to come back again and hopefully we'll be able to sit outside next time. Maybe I should leave my mother home! (Just kidding).
