House Of Steak Pukekohe - Pukekohe East

Very average food garlic bread was soggy as if it came straight from the micro wave also asked for medium rare ribeye bone and recieved a slab of raw meat drowned in garlic sauce when you pay that much for a piece of steak you expect it to melt and fall off the bone but the only way that would happen is if i had a chainsaw i still paid for our meals but if there was the option not to i would not have paid its a steak house i would be embarrassed if i owned a steak house that doesnt know how to cook steak very disappointed and spending almost $100 just wasnt worth the price tag i wouldnt recommend eating here to any of my friends and family unfortunately

This place was excellent when it opened. Its gone downhill since then. Every time we go the food gets worse and worse as well as the service and wait times being appalling. I was all for House of Steak when they opened as everything was excellent; shame to see that they cannot maintain that standard.

The food was very nice,steak cooked perfectly. Desert very good. Enjoyed our night out with friends.

Went here with my partner last night (a Sunday so it wasn’t packed full and it was really nice! The service and food turn around was good. I’m not that fussy if my steak is slightly more rare than I asked for but I know some people are but the sauce and chips were also so amazing (the sauce was drowning the steak highly recommend this place and would happily go there again.

We went for dinner last night and had superb service! The waiting staff was very attentive and friendly, couldn’t fault it. We had a toddler too and staff were very helpful and friendly with her. The steaks were delicious! Can’t comment on desserts as we’re all stuffed from entrees and mains.
