El Petit Cafe - Puigcerdà

Mixed feeling at all levels. The only thing constant is the decoration of the place: both from the outside it brings a warm- eclectic-french-romantic atmosphere. Not too many tables so it is mostly focused to couples or very small groups. Then the mixed experience starts. From the outside the menu is definitely appealing and some dishes meet expectations and beyond (pasta with seafood and foie is grogeous , buy others totally fail (where is the tuna? . Service might not be of the taste of everyone: lady serving was a bit illarious, she kept at very high spirits all the time...it came along with our state of spirits so it was very fun all together, but I can understand some people will not find that suitable. We visited Puigcerda and stayed overnight (see my other reviews) and had a wonder into town. Not many 'restaurants ' to speak of, plenty of cafés. We walked past this place as they were setting up for the evening popped our head inside. Its small (seats appx 15-20) but the tapa menu blackboard looked inviting reasonably priced. We booked a table for later that evening for 8 people (located by the window). Food was good. Large portions of tapa to share amongst us. We were all impressed. Predominantly locals drink/eat here, and has a lively 'bar ' atmosphere. We got chatting to the locals afterwards who were friendly found that the chap who owns it was running for Mayor. Overall we had a great night, with great food, great value and lovely people. Definitely recommend it!

Lloc ideal per esmorzar! El personal es momt amable i simpàtic i preparen un dels cafes mes bons que he tastat mai! Recomanable 100% i amb ganes de repetir

En mi caso me he pedido un bocata de tortilla y un bocata que estaban bastante correctos. La chica que me atendió muy amable, y el ambiente bastante acorde al lugar sin dejar de ser moderno. Me gustaría haber podido tener el menú en castellano en el QR solo está en catalán y francés menos mal entiendo un poquito de catalán y que la chica amablemente me recomendó bocatas. Yo volvería a este lugar

Lloc acollidor amb una excel.lent ubicacio i decoracio moderna. Molt bona atencio per part del personal i una molt bona carta per triar. Torrada de pollastre la d'humus i l'hamburguesa mes que recomanble. Tambe hi ha opcions veganes L'unic pero.... No fan crêpes
