Merida Grill - Puerto Vallarta

We had an amazing experience here with servers Aldo and Jorge. Best margeritas, menu recommendations+ Positive attitudes! The service felt very authentic and I love the conversations we had with our servers. Aldo made us a delicious salsa at table side which added to our experience greatly. Jorge recommended our meals (carnitas and octopus) which was sooo delicious, and made the drinks perfectly. These guys were so friendly the entirety of our meal and I could not give enough praise. Anyone in PV needs to visit this restaurant! Best meal and service hands down in PV. Thank you Aldo, Jorge, and the rest of the staff for an amazing meal! We are huge foodies and have travelled all over the world and this is one we will truly remember fondly.

The service was excellent. Our waiter described the food in detail so much so that our mouths were watering. First we had a complementary salsa made at our table smokey and luscious. Then potato empanadas subtly seasoned. Followed by a pork like stew with freshly made totillas our waiter took great pains to make sure we built our tartillas properly smokey, earthy, well seasoned the meat melted in my mouth. Next a beautiful dish of shrimp plump and tender with a topping of an almost polenta like layer. Again beautifully presented and seasoned. But could we stop there? Oh no we had unbelievable Churros for desert the aroma of ward cinnamon was delightful. The dish was so artistically presnted. Three dipping sauces sweet condensed milk, chocolate and carmel along with fresh berries and ground hazelnuts. And then we had a delicious coffee after dinner drink. Stuffed but oh! so happy. We will return again in June!! Yummy!

OMG! This was the best meal (dinner) of this trip. The atmosphere, staff were outstanding and I don't know where to start on the food. It was absolutely exquisite the duck tacos are simply to die for and the conchita pibil was off the chart! Highly recommend! Will definitely go back time and time again!

Excellent food and wonderful service. They made you feel like family. The duck tacos and the salsa prepared table side are both to die for. Our favorite meal in PV! Definitely heading there again! Everything is great.

The food is amazing and not your typical fare and the service was on point. Also the atmosphere is less chaotic then other PV restaurants, way more relaxing. Good recommendation from my friend who lives here.
