Inizio - Puerto Vallarta

The restaurant Inizio at Raintree Club has made a special evening on earth and the Lights-Out campaign here in Vallarta. A beautiful setting on the sandy beach with delicious grill ribs, steak and chicken and a beautiful buffet with salads and side dishes. I had room for Dessert! Excellent service by Jonathan, Antonio and Maria. Two for a Mojitos were excellent! The saxophonist’s live music was the perfect touch for a candlelight evening at sunset. We're coming back!

Another lovely evening with a very attentive staff. Even though the restaurant was full, we were well visited by Angel, Abraham and Maria. We were treated to a spectacular sunset, as we were on our 2 for 1 cocktails. Delicious tortilla soup and the Caesar salad were beautifully presented and had a brownish dressage. We will try again this week, the Friday Italian night.

We celebrated a beautiful Valentine's Day dinner with friends in Inizio. A beautiful sunset over the Pacific was our scenery as we enjoyed a delicious buffet on the terraza. We received a warm welcome from Isabel and great service from Rosalio, Sergio and Angel. We enjoyed the live music that doesn't sound and allows conversation. This is an ideal place for happy hour and sunset and reasonable prices with friendly service.

Beautiful surroundings for romantic El fresco restaurants. We were there for Christmas dinner and the staff was great, did their best to accommodate the crowd. Buffet selection could have been better, but if it's Christmas, we'll understand every lack of food. btw, a great disappointment was the lack of traditional turkey stuff. turkey was beautifully roasted, but definitely need filling.
