Il Buonissimo - Puerto Vallarta

My wife and I first visited Buonissimo a few years ago because it was located near our favorite massage studio. Since then we have tried several other gelato places in Puerto Vallarta and can now say without reservations that Buonissimo is by far the best of the lot. The new location is close to the old, so we can still enjoy a cone following our massages. It doesn't get much better than this.

It may not be Italy, but this place makes a first rate coffee flavored ice cream. Nice location on the Malecon. We went there for desert after lunch at the nearby La Dolce Vita. Great combination.

Bought a coconut ice cream and I was nicely surprised. Delicious ice cream, creamy and truly coconut taste including some shredding pieces. Worth to try!

This gelato shop is located on the Malecon. It boasts several fresh gelato flavors. Of course my favorite is chocolate and today I indulged in a chocolate milkshake...absolutely heaven. Be sure to stop and enjoy one of their fresh intensely flavorful gelato: in a cone, cup or milk shake you can't go wrong.

Lástima que haya gente tan prepotente atendiendo sus negocios; eso echa a perder todo el esfuerzo por tener calidad/precio/ubicación. Esto le sucede a este lugar. Tiene buen producto, tiene buenos precios, tiene una ubicación privilegiada pero tiene un dueño que atiende con una actitud prepotente y altanera y eso cuenta más que todo lo anterior junto. Prefiero mil veces un excelente trato a un delicioso helado. Gelatos hay muchos y cada vez habrá más, así es que, si quiere que su negocio sea verdaderamente exitoso, tendrá que cambiarse por otro que sea humano y gentil. Nunca jamás lo recomendaré a nadie.
