Contribuiți la feedbackThis is a new place in Puerto Vallarta that just opened in mid March 2013. I saw the sign one morning and was dying to go back as I love Falafel. I made it back that night and was not disappointed. It was very good. It's a tiny place with just one table for now and a few stools along the wall. Cute little place on the Rio Cuale in the Emiliano Zapata neighborhood. The owner was very nice and his helper very attentive. I had Falafel with tatzike, baba ganoush, and a special garlic sauce. It was excellent. The pita was thinner than most, slightly crispy and really good. I will be back for sure. Several people stopped in for take out. I'm sure I will do that too. The owner (forgot his name) was still working with restaurant hours, but his plan is to be open for lunch and dinner. Hopefully the hours will be posted soon. Thanks for making my night!
We ate here the other night and we had a fantastic time! Small and intimate without being claustrophobic, this warm, inviting restaurant reminded me a lot of the secret authentic restaurants found in the corners of London or New York. The owner is also the chef and runs this place beautifully, cooking the recipes his Jordanian grandma taught him. Definitely try the lamb if he has it and the tabouli!
