Contribuiți la feedbackWent there twice and the ribs were fantastic. I would recommend this place anytime. Its not fancy but really good home cooking. I'm a fan.... We also had some bbq sausages that were very good.. try a platter for two to four people.
A great place for a late lunch in a typical Mexican Campestre style restaurant. The ribs are the best in Vallarta; order the whole slab. Excellent cole slaw and beans. Ask for the french fries on the side. Reasonable prices.
Thank you for the best Ribs, Corn Cobb, Beans, Coslaw we will recommend Asadero Country to all we know.
Las mejores costillas BBQ de Vallarta y alrededores, precios muy accesibles, martes y miércoles es 2x1, muy rico, solo falta tal vez aire acondicionado.
Tonight was my second visit back to this great restaurant with a new group of friends. The opinion was unanimous, as it was with the prior group. We loved it!Michael, the owner, stopped by each table both nights to make sure every guest was welcomed properly and enjoying themselves. Our waitresses both occasions were friendly, thorough, and helpful. There seemed to be a nice mix of clientele, both Mexican families and gringos, all enjoying the evening and food. The 2 for 1 ribs are meaty and done to perfection. (The 2fer is Tues, Wed, and Thurs) One in our party is fearful of things too hot and spicy, but between the three of us we finished off 2 kilos of ribs, sides of corn on the cob, baked beans, stuffed potato, twice fried thick slice potatoes, coleslaw, and a bowl of grilled mixed chilies, onions, and baby potatoes, without a problem, though the salsas that come with the totopos can be very hot depending on the ones you choose. Norma, tonights waitress, was attentive and charming. There is a jukebox in the corner playing nice background music, and I believe they have live music some nights, but not the two occasions we were there. If your total bill is over 300 pesos, they will annotate it for you to get a free car wash at the adjacent business the next time you are in. Can't beat that! Oh, and the beer is good and cold! This is the fourth restaurant by Michael (I've been to two of the others and they are equally good) so Michael definitely knows what he's doing. This restaurant is NOT in an area frequented by tourists, (for me that's a HUGE plus) but it's well worth the effort to go there. BTW, this was our third trip to this restaurant, but the last time was a Monday and they were closed. HUGE disappointment!
