Pomodoro Pizza - Puerto Plata

This place is amazing, I think the owner is from Italy, so that the pizza is authentic, neapolitan style pizza. The pizza has no super thin crust, so I feel like a hybrid of Neapolitan style and New York pizza, right in the middle of the best two worlds. They make their own Peperoncini (picy oil) and this is an excellent note, really hits the point. They also have a gelato stand on the side and it is also amazing. Very cheap, this place does not get much tourist traction and that is good. It's right on the beach, but something out of the way of the main strip. This is my second favorite place on Cabarete beach and there are many outdoor seating.

We were here with the whole family and everything was amazingly delicious. The freshly filled ravioli are the best I have ever eaten and also the Carbonara and Pomodoro sauces were incredible. They offer a lot of drinks, so everyone will surely find something. We'll be back.

Awesome pizza and pretty great service! They have a nice location on the beach and if it rains an amazing waterproof beach side cover!! Great spot. We’ve been coming here a lot, in between all the steaks and seafood.

Great choice of Pizzas. A voluble menu. We had 6 different types and they all were tasty. Our waiter moved a few tables so we had the perfect spot on the beach.

Great authentic style pizza. My wife had the lime Margarita on the rocks and she said it was outstanding. Able to eat right on the beach with padded wooden chairs and a nice sun cover.
