Tour was informative. The whole place smelled delicious so even when you're watching their information video you feel immersed in the chocolate experience. Tasting options were hot chocolate and a chocolate dessert, both were very good. Of course, the tour ends in the gift shop where you can purchase a variety of chocolate products at reasonable prices.

Part of my excursion Virgin Voyages cruise. Short tour, but very good. Brownie and hot chocolate were delicious! The gift shop was great!

Greeted by creamy hot chocolate with cinnamon. A brief video followed by a brief, informative tour. The reward at the end is a fully stocked gift shop with cocoa powder, brownie mix, chocolate cashew spread, and nice selection of chocolate bars (no nut or fruit, however).
