Colins Cantina - Puerto Peñasco

I’m a fish snob, so I always hesitate a little when it comes to fish. Silly me! The fish burger today was of exquisitely fresh flounder, cooked just until done—moist, mild, delicious. I think it was probably dusted with a little seasoned Flo, but not what you’d call “breaded” at all. Two hearty chunks on a big sesame roll, with a slab of lettuce and a big slice of tomato. French fries and tartar sauce were spot-on as well. House margarita is nicely crafted, and the chips and salsa (house special green salsa) fresh, balanced, excellent. The service was personable and attentive.

Colins cantina is amazing! I’ve been going there for the last 4 years and have a great experience every time. Definitely worth getting the fish and chips with a margarita.
