The options are very limited for vegans in Puerto Maldonado, so it is nice with a place where you have a few options. The vegan wraps, both falafel and the others, were good every time we were there, and the price is not expensive at around 14 soles. If you have an appetite, a pack is not enough because I still found myself a bit hungry after every time.

Go on 3 days and find yourself in this charming dach terrace restaurant. tons of vegan options and simple substitutions to make the dinge vegan, knowledgeable and friendly staff, non-dairy milk also available. on a place like puerto maldonado, that does not seem a tonne vegan food, la semilla is an oasis of vegan quality!

Close to the city center nice seating! You have to ask if certain dishes are vegan, however kitchen knows about it and is well informed. Had the falafel wrap and a juice which were both very good!
