Tacos Fuego - Pueblo

This restaurant is a must-visit for me. It has a fun atmosphere, a quirky selection of margaritas, and delicious street food. Plus, dogs are welcome on the terrace!

The food at this restaurant was extremely delicious. Initially, I was hesitant about the prices, but after seeing the size of the tacos, I realized it was definitely worth it. The tacos were double the size of those at other places. I ordered the barbacoa tacos and my wife had a tough time choosing between them and her favorite spot. In the end, Tacos Fuego won her over because they stay open late and the taste is just incredible.

The street fries made me do the happy dance while say Oh My God! A little wait time but we showed up Saturday night at peak time. Service was great, drinks amazing, salsa and tacos on point. Glad we found this place.

Flavors were good. The fried flour and fried corn shells were NOT crispy so if you want soft tacos (despite what menu says) this is the place for you. We were not asked once how everything was. So actually pretty disappointed and will probably not go back.

The street fries are Oh My God with your mouth shoved full. You know that look and happy dance you do when the food is just that good. This is the spot the tacos, chip and salsa as well as the drinks.
