Contribuiți la feedbackI didn't care that I told him I was allergic to tomato and could go into an anaphylactic shock. they have been given tomato in my food after running and repaired, knowing, full well I ordered even turf. you always raise respectful/rude teenagers who are not interested in bringing people to almost die.
I visited this taco bell more often than I would like to admit. every time I go, there is a slight inconvenience I just want to document. today I asked for big drinks, and when I came into the window, the guy tried to give me some medicine. I reminded him that they should be big, but he informed me that the boxes come with medium. what I did, why I repeated, I wanted to do great things at the order. He gave me big, but I hate little talks. I didn't get a soak. 3/5 today
I am not the only person who is very disappointed with everything. the employees had no guidance, no direction, online orders, that is a bad idea. another customer waited for online order in half an hour!
That was by far the worst experience I ever had with tacoglocke. we ordered thru the app nd drove from the far east side of the city to pick it up (after a long exhausting day of movement) jus, to an order that was very wrong, no so eat, and our drinks dried up not even half full! meghan, which the mod in accepted, was not that which is so apphane only because of the frustration, we asked After we talked to her again, we were told that it was all the apps faulty that they would not refund the nearly $40 worth of mixed slop nd half full drinks they served us! taco bell as a multi-billion dollar company should use these refunds that are not returned to customers to send their management team to a longer hand on nd efficient set of training classes that may focus more on customer service, and how to be a little more professional when treating situations like this!
The GM, Nicki, is extremely rude to customers and it seems her own staff as well. Food is always half full of ingredients, nothing like what you pay for, and the drive thru always takes 15 to 30 minutes. Don't go into the lobby expecting any better. You'll just get sassed by employees and managers alike if you're not completely ignored. I've frequented this Taco Bell for nearly 2 years and the absolute decline in their food and service has turned me off from this company completely as this was the only location consistently open. A shame.
