Customer service was great, especially Gabbie. The food was hot ,made to order and tasted good. You order a noodle bowl, you can get a protein or add whatever you want, they give you a and bring it to your table, which came very fast. Only thing that Ididn't like was the straws...too much like a toilet paper roll. Overall good place if you like noodles. The rice crispy was goodtoo...made fresh.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They forgot the drink I ordered and added cilantro to my noodles even after I specifically requested none. I also paid extra for sauce, but my noodles had large, dry patches without any sauce. When I politely asked for more sauce, I was told it was already cooked in. I showed them how dry it was and received maybe an extra tablespoon of sauce in a large side dish. When I asked for more again, a woman from the kitchen came out and repeated that it was cooked in. I explained once more and showed her the lack of sauce. When she returned to the male cook, he sarcastically asked if I wanted 20 scoops of sauce, loud enough for me to hear from the front. It's clear that this location does not pay attention to orders or prioritize customer service, as reflected in their loud and sarcastic comments. Overall, I found it very disappointing.

The dish had half a pound of noodles compared to just 1.5 ounces of steak, which feels like an unbalanced portion. I really don't understand why all restaurants, including Noodles & Co., don't weigh the protein and carbs to ensure that customers receive equal servings. This would eliminate the guesswork and help provide proper portions. On a positive note, the person working the register on September 24, 2022, around 8:15 PM was fantastic.

I still wish they would bring back their incredible stroganoff, but I haven't tried anything I didn't enjoy. The prices are fantastic for the quality of food you receive, and there are so many different types of noodles that there's something for everyone. I only get to be in Colorado during the summer, so it would be great if they could expand to other states with more locations!

Different variations of noodles,sauces, and protein options. From Buffalo mac and cheese to spicy beef Mongolian noodle. Cheese bread and pot stickers are pretty good as well. they also have a drive through pick up window, not a drive through order likenormal. and they have they good soda machine inside that lets you mix an match all the flavors!!
