Gypsy Javas - Pueblo

I needed a boost on my way to Denver and stumbled upon this little gem! It was definitely worth the quick detour off the highway. The women at the front were helpful and friendly. I decided to try their pressed cold coffee, and I was not disappointed! It was fantastic!

One of my favorite dining spots in Pueblo! I really appreciate the ambiance, and the service is excellent. Their breakfast burrito is particularly outstanding!

During our recent trip to Pueblo, we visited numerous coffee shops, and this one is undoubtedly the best. It has a warm, friendly neighborhood atmosphere, a wide variety of drinks, and even offers some breakfast items and treats. If you're in the area, be sure to stop by!

The person coming up with the menu items KNOWS flavors. Very solid flavor combinations, and just the right amount of heat to dishes and drinks with spicy ingredients. The breakfast burritos were delicious, and the coffee was crafted excellently. The staff clearly cares about their craft, know their customers, and are genuinely friendly. This should be your number one place to try both for coffee and breakfast. Well worth the drive from surrounding areas. Will absolutely be coming back.

Adorable coffee shop. Has delicious pastries and burritos. The gypsy mocha is amazing! The sweet employee suggested it and now I am addicted. I'd like to note that it's one of the only coffee shops opened early in Pueblo.
