Cali Cake's - Pueblo

Absolutely delicious! This place is definitely a gem here in Pueblo. It's the only bakery I've found here that has freshly baked gluten-free goods on a daily basis, AND they also will bake custom gluten free items with a day or two notice. I had the pleasure of picking up a bag of coconut macaroons and a loaf of banana bread during my latest visit. Both were amazing. Highly recommend and will be back!

Best tasting birthday cake I have ordered! The decorations are not super fancy because there is no fondant used! The kids were more than happy and the adults all agreed it was worth every calorie ; Super fresh and moist.

I am never disappointed after leaving with bakery items from the display or a special order cake. The staff are friendly and warm, and always willing to go out of their way to help you. I ordered a pineapple upside down cake that was an Easter special and it was well liked by all. I have ordered a second for my brother and plan to order it as often as I can make excuses to buy it. He made my daughter a beautiful birthday cake that had a perfect, in my opinion, cake to frosting ratio and it was moist and delicious.

We love the gluten-free, dairy-free options available here! In fact, we don’t order the “standard versions” any more, we all just share. Thanks!

I called in a last minute order to celebrate my husband's Heavenly Birthday and they were not only able to fit my order in that day but also the cake was DELICIOUS!! The cake was moist, chocolatly and the frosting had just the right amount of sweetness. I became a fan and will definitely plan on ordering any future cakes here.
