Buckshot Grill - Pueblo

Went there 07/22/22 ordered the new York strip was cooked just right, could have been seasoned better but it was good. The broccoli had a good flavor. The fries were a little overcooked for my liking. Our waitress was amazing and very friendly.

All right atmosphere bartender is great food is pretty decent had to BLT preferred the bread to be toasted not done on the flat top made it a little extra greasy... Burgers are pretty good typical Pub food. selection still pretty nice for dinner prime rib Friday nights

Our family likes to stop in here after time at Pueblo Reservoir. It's clean, the food is pretty good, and the beer is ice cold!

The local restaurants in West P will need to up their game to compete with this place. I highly recommend trying it out! The food is fantastic, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere and music are great. Give it a chance!

I traveled down from Denver to visit family and dined at Buckshot Bar for dinner. They offered a great selection of food, and everything tasted delicious with generous portions.
