Basil Pho - Pueblo

This is the best pho I've had in Colorado, and honestly, it's among the best anywhere. I've experienced Vietnamese cuisine in Vietnam and various places around the globe, and I even lived in Little Saigon in San Francisco. The food here is incredibly fresh and delicious. I also appreciate the friendly staff and their warm smiles. If you're in Pueblo, this place is a must-visit for fantastic food. - GH

Outstanding noodles and pho! They also offer vegetarian options if that's what you're looking for.

The traditional Pho here is excellent. The broth is very flavorful, and the meats are fresh and tasty. I also tried their Vietnamese Spring Rolls, which were delicious. We haven't had access to good Pho since we moved, so it's been a while since we've enjoyed something this good. This was definitely a treat!

The presentation was impressive, the flavors were outstanding, and the portions were quite generous—everything was freshly made! The staff was friendly and welcomed us as soon as we arrived. We will definitely be returning!
